  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals/consistent with meeting team delivery 
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflict
  • Motivate team members to deliver


  • Graduate of Bachelor/Diploma course
  • With at least 12-36 months of supervisory experience preferably BPO SALES and MARKETING environment (inbound/outbound)
  • Results driven and people oriented/strategic and tactical in game planning
  • Strong to excellent communications skills to liaise with other stakeholders and be able close accounts.
  • Willing to work permanent night shifts but WEEKENDS OFF
  • Willing to work permanently in ORTIGAS PASIG CITY
