Job Summary

A virtual assistant (VA) is an online office assistant who performs various tasks similar to a manager or an office administrator. He or she provides a variety of services, such as administrative support, sales, marketing, accounting, writing, editing, proofreading, graphics design, website development, and desktop publishing services.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Calendar management (Google calendar and iCal)
  • Contact management - Phone calls to vendors, company employees and business contacts
  • Writing professional emails to company employees, vendors, professionals and clients
  • Manage task lists and schedules
  • Help managing Smartsheets (easy to use cloud based software)
  • Help with procurement (getting quotes and basic price comparisons and negotiation)


  • Good writing skills including technical/business writing
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Strong reading comprehension and ability to understand and express complex tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (word processing and spreadsheets)
  • Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Problem solving ability and confidence to find solutions
  • Sound account management and strong ownership skills


  • Graduate/College level of any Bachelor/Diploma course in Office Management or any related course 
  • Previous Virtual Assistant/ Secretary experience is a plus
  • Any non BPO applicants with relevant experience are very much welcome to apply
  • Willing to work on fixed GRAVEYARD SHIFT (11PM to 8AM) 
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
